Advertiser's responsibility

The advertiser certifies that he is a private owner and understands that Locations-Bretagne is a website dedicated to holiday rentals between private individuals.

The advertiser guarantees the veracity of information transmitted to Locations-Bretagne. Locations-Bretagne cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements.

The advertiser certifies that he owns the rights of photos, texts and data. Locations-Bretagne shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the advertiser. It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their ads. Locations-Bretagne cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

The advertiser authorizes Locations-Bretagne to broadcast photos, texts and data in order to promote his rental housing.

Locations-Bretagne reserves the right to refuse any ad, photo or data which would be considered as incompatible with holiday rentals between private individuals in Côtes d'Armor, Finistère, Ille et Vilaine, Loire Atlantique and Morbihan.

In no event shall Locations-Bretagne be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.

Locations-Bretagne is not a real estate agency. We charge no commission on rentals.

The owner and the renter will be responsible for the rental conditions, without the interaction of Locations-Bretagne . Locations-Bretagne wouldn’t be responsible for any damages between the owner and the renter.

Termination of advertising

Locations-Bretagne reserves the right to refuse, modify or remove advertisements whose nature would derogate from its object. The subscription will remain at Locations-Bretagne.

Locations-Bretagne reserves the right to refuse, modify or remove advertisements that would have caused a complaint of Third. The subscription will remain at Locations-Bretagne.

Period of retractation

If the advertiser wishes to have his advertisement removed from Locations-Bretagne before the end of his subscription period, this will be done, but the subscription will remain at Locations-Bretagne.fr after a time of 7 days retractation

Rates and conditions

The standard price for a listing on Locations-Bretagne runs €30 for 12 months.

The advertiser will be responsible for the updating of his advertisement.

Our rates are in € (euros) , all taxes included.

Payment for advertising must be in Euros by major credit and debit cards, or a french cheque.

The prices and present general conditions of sale can constantly be changed without warning.
